It is said God is a jealous God. He really does not like us to worship other gods. A god can be defined as anything that gets between you and the real God. An easy example to understand is the love relationship you have with your credit cards. When you have a need and you go to your credit card god of choice instead of going to your real God, you offend God. God has the right to judge. God is the creator. God sent His Son that you might have life, not that you might have credit.

I don’t see anything about credit cards anywhere, as a matter of fact wise investing and lending is considered good, “But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.” 🙂
