I am so impressed with Jesus and His love for me. What else can I say? Jesus loves me. This I know.
I have a challenge tomorrow. It impacts my future in a dramatic way. I have a choice. Shall I believe God is who He says He is and will do what He says He will do or should I wrestle the issue away from God and handle it myself? Isn't that a stupid question? What would you do?
I have been running with God the last couple years. I think I will continue the race with God. If you think about me tomorrow morning. Pray. I'll let you know how things work out. Did I mention? Jesus loves me. This I know.
Thank you.

Put on a new pair of running shoes and go for it!
Archie, wanted to share one of my favorite verses: Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. James 1:2-4
Keep the faith,
-Sherri
Archie,I love how you wrote ‘challenge’ because as Paul said in 2 Cor.1:8-12, although I could go on:
2 Cor. 1:8-12 (NLT)
I think you ought to know, dear brothers and sisters, about the trouble we went through in the province of Asia. We were crushed and completely overwhelmed, and we thought we would never live through it. [9] In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we learned not to rely on ourselves, but on God who can raise the dead. [10] And he did deliver us from mortal danger. And we are confident that he will continue to deliver us. [11] He will rescue us because you are helping by praying for us. As a result, many will give thanks to God because so many people’s prayers for our safety have been answered.
[12] We can say with confidence and a clear conscience that we have been honest and sincere in all our dealings. We have depended on God’s grace, not on our own earthly wisdom. That is how we have acted toward everyone, and especially toward you.
Keep running the race and yes, I wrestle with that silly thought myself sometimes…but God is so patient.
Oh, how He loves us…oh, how He loves!
“Jesus loves me, this I know” and because He loves me, Iknow that He hears my prayers, and answers them. I may not
like the answer initially, but God knows best. Keep the faith and watch for God’s answer. He has never failed me yet.
You all have been so encouraging! Thank you! It is kind and very meaningful to pray. Thank you again! You can read how God met the challenge in the above post.
