It is the desire of my heart that God be Lord of my life. Life’s experiences have killed the old man and God is building a new creation in me. I look forward to experiencing the new man God creates in the old vessel known as Archie via "God Spots".

  1. Nathan Lambshead Well, Catholics have faith in reciting words to. Their own form of ‘positive confession’. I do not know much about them or whether Mother Theresa did them or not. What’s the answer?

Teri Undreiner I’m sure she did. She was a catholic. But… that is just speculation like most other things we “assume”.

Liz McDaniel I would assume so as well. I hope that doesn’t make an @ss out of U and ME lol.

Joey Pierson It does not matter what she did or did not do. her relationship with God, was between her and God. It is not for us to ponder . She had faith, she had works . Her religiosity is relative .

Pam Turner Breen I took that as a light hearted fun kinda question Joey…..

Joey Pierson It was, and it is . : ) Archie is a light hearted fun Man of God. I love him as I do everyone else . Not everyone will take that it that way . We are accountable for the people we help, and hurt.

Archie Rhines The questions to my mind because i rashly said religion makes God want to puke. Then i couldn’t define religion. Then i met what seemed to be a Godly rosary reciting female. Didn’t know what to with her…

Joey Pierson There are many things that make God angry . The vengeance belongs to him . Mother Theresa is no longer with us, if she was, I would still be loving her like I do everyone else. If we allow ourselves to become angry for the spiritual iniquities of others, it can fester hate, and that is not of God .

Joey Pierson Yes it is ? When you do the sign of the cross, you say, in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit . Then ask yourself, what is the name of the Son ? Then you realize they are all in one Jesus . Abraham, Issac, and Jacob had no Bible. They had a relationship with the most high God . That is what you need . Tonight before you go…

Joey Pierson BTW….I served mass for years, and entertained becoming a RCP before leaving religion and allowed Jesus to set me free.

Nathan Lambshead I served pentacostalism for years until Yashua set me free of that one Joey. Maybe we know the same path.

Liz McDaniel I have a relationship with God, I even “chat” with Him. lol. don’t worry. Meditating on Jesus’ birth, life, death and resurrection is just one way of getting to know my Saviour better. When you love someone, don’t you want to know them? Haha I will also pray for you in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. You have a blessed day as well!! =)

Joey Pierson yashua, Yaway, Elahim, Emannuel . There is no J sound in Greek or Hebrew, but that may be abit deep for this post.

Liz McDaniel Haha I was a very active, faithful member of a non-denominational church my whole life, and am now in the process of becoming confirmed in the Catholic church and its fullness. Nice to meet you!

Liz McDaniel I think I saw that in an Indiana Jones movie. =D Remember the part where he stepped on the ‘J’ and almost fell into the pit? Because it was a “Y!!” Not a ‘J.’

Joey Pierson Nathan, as I said to deep for this post. Liz I love you 1 Peter 1 :22 . I am not here to judge or condemn . Please take caution as the true word of God as it was written is nothing to scoff at. I am joyful you have found your place within the Roman Catholic Church and that you are filled. Non of us should compete , as non of us have it 100% …

Nathan Lambshead One of my good friends, a roomate in CA back in 1978, is becoming an ordained catholic priest (or something of the sort) too. Him and I are still friends, even though he knows that as far as I am concerned catholicism was the pollution of the early church. Nice that we can be so different, but in spite of that recognize that we are brothers and each seek God in our way. Only when religion gets hold of a person does it break the family tie.

Liz McDaniel How right you are! It is nice to have a polite conversation with someone who has a different interpretation of Christianity. Believe me, it is so refreshing! LOL Maybe I should call you “Yoey?” =) =) =)

Joey Pierson Very well said . If there is strife in our hearts we are not truly redeemed .

Joey Pierson Liz, you may call me whatever you wish . That is between you and God .

Liz McDaniel Hahaa I love the sarcasm…

Joey Pierson Are you being sarcastic ? Is this a joke for you ?

Liz McDaniel No, I thought you were being sarcastic about me calling you whatever I wanted to. Your name is Joey, and you were talking about there not being a ‘J’ sound in the Hebrew language… and that’s why I asked if I should call you “Yoey.” Get it? That part was a little joke yes, the rest of it was not. Sorry if I offended…

Joey Pierson No prob Sis…..Just making sure . This is my life . I truly love you and everyone else in this world. Even the one that says praise be to allah or die, I will praise God, and love the man who is decapitating my head with a dull hatchet . Denominational divide is tearing the Body of Christ to pieces . We all need to come together . We are running out of time.

Liz McDaniel It is my life too! You are right; “A house divided against itself will not stand.” It was seriously very nice to meet you Joey. Praying for Christian unity!
